The delivery time for our customers based in Karachi is 1-3 days, in 1-3 days you will receive your parcel through 3rd party delivery services or directly from Markazulatfal delivery boy.
The delivery time for our customers from all over Pakistan is 2-5 days, in 2-5 days you will receive your parcel through 3rd party delivery services.
We will not allow any customer, individual, or delivery service provider to open the parcel for any type of checking purpose. The customers who are buying products through CoD service will not allow to open the parcel before handing over the charges and also the customer who paid the charges by Credit card, JazzCash or Easypaisa will not be able to open the parcel in front of the delivery boy.
In case of any damage, we have a well-working return/refund policy and you can easily return/refund your product if you comply with our policy.
